Summary tab
The summary tab is dynamic — it changes based on the job state and surfaces what’s relevant to whoever is looking at it.
Preparer view (Prepared state)
Section titled “Preparer view (Prepared state)”Shows the preparation checklist:
- How many QA checks have failed or have warnings
- Which queries are open or waiting to be sent
- How many transaction samples have been confirmed
- What’s still outstanding
QA failures block the job from moving to review. Once all failures are addressed and the summary is clean, you can mark the job ready for review.
Reviewer view
Section titled “Reviewer view”Summarises the work done by the preparer and the outcome of the reconciliations. Full working detail is still available under each tab.
Once review is complete, leave notes for the approver or send the job back to the preparer with reviewer notes.
Approver view
Section titled “Approver view”Shows what was done, what the outcome was, and what the preparer and reviewer confirmed — so the approver can sign off with confidence.
