Queries
The queries tab shows all client queries on this job. Queries can be accumulated from the Samples tab, the QA Checklist, or raised directly in this tab.
Raising a query
Section titled “Raising a query”Within each query you can:
- Request information, including asking the client to upload a source document (e.g. a copy of an invoice)
- Ask yes/no questions
- Request free-text responses
Sending to the client
Section titled “Sending to the client”Once you’ve compiled your queries, send them to the client directly from the system. The client receives an email with a magic link. Clicking the link takes them to a response page where they can answer each query.
When they’re done, their answers — including any uploaded documents — are stored in the queries tab automatically. You’ll be notified when a client completes their queries.
This removes the need to email from Outlook and manually store responses in a document management system. Everything lives in the job.
